Product Enhancements – Release Notes July 2020

We are happy to announce some new enhancements & fixes:

Note: if you don’t see the same thing in your account, try clearing your cache/cookies or use a “new private window” to refresh the cache.

  • Project Benefits
    • Updated UI and NEW Features!
    • Read more about Project Benefits for a complete walk-through
    1. Updated header, buttons consistent with other modals. Benefit symbol is $- for Costs and $+ for Benefits
    2. Labels changed over to hover-over help tips
    3. Benefit Direction can be set to “< Cost” or “> Benefit” for data

  • Goal Status Report
    • Same functionality, updated appearance

  • Tags
    • View tags in Settings –> Categories / Tags / Pareto –> Tags tab
    • New company accounts will have the “8 Wastes” as default tags:
      • Defects, Overproduction, Waiting, Non-Utilized Talent, Transportation, Inventory, Motion, Excess Processing

  • Add New/Link Existing Modals
    • Updated UI

    • Click in the Name input field to get started
    • All existing Metrics, Goals, or Projects will appear
      • Those with a green background are existing links
      • Select or deselect metrics, goals, or projects to link and unlink
      • Filter results as you type

    • To create and link a new metric, goal, or project type the name in the input field
    • If one already exists with that name, the results will filter to show it.
      • If you wish to create a new one with the same name as an existing, do not select/deselect existing metric, simply press the “Add New” button

  • Project Charter
    • Linked Metric tile: NEW Fields!
      • Input fields for Baseline, Target, Achieved that calculate the % Change value
      • Makes it easier to track simple impact of a project on a metric without requiring extra inputs on the metric tile.
      • Note: Separate input from metric data, manually enter in the charter tile
