You can expect uninterrupted access to your KPI Fire account during this world wide pandemic. The KPI Fire team is working from home, and all services are still being performed. All of our critical infrastructure is hosted in the cloud, so we still have remote access to everything we need to run the business and provide services for our customers.

On-site implementations have shifted to remote webinar-based implementations. Some communication may be a bit slower, please allow some extra time for responses to issues or sales inquiries.

So far, all of us are healthy and still able to work.  We hope you are staying healthy also.
