Product Enhancements – Release Notes December 2023

We are happy to announce some new enhancements & fixes:

Projects

  • Enhancement: Task completion now prompts the option to change the project status to ‘Complete/Control’ or keep it ‘Active’ when the project is 100% complete.

Add/Link Project Models

  • Enhancement: Users can now input project numbers to search and link projects in the Add/Link Project modals.

Tasks

  • UI Enhancement: Updated the unassigned avatar in Projects Tasks for improved visibility.

Actions

  • NEW feature: Added “Share Project” option that copies project URL to clipboard.

Project Portfolio Timeline

Configure

  • NEW feature: Added two new Group By configuration “Linked Goals” & “Project Status” on timeline view.

Goals

Settings

  • NEW feature: – Introducing a new goal attribute – “Goal Duration” now accessible in the Goal settings tab.

Huddleboards

  • NEW feature: – BSC Huddleboard introducing a setting for default date selection (Current Period, Prior Period) in the edit popup.

X Matrix Huddleboard

  • Enhancement: Added ‘View By’ option to X Matrix Bowling view. By default, it displays grouped by category.

Custom X Matrix – Bowling View

  • Enhancement: Drill to Metric Bowling now displays metrics grouped by category as default .
  • Enhancement: Metrics with ‘no category’ are now visible in the drill to metric Bowling view.

Custom Huddleboard

  • UI Enhancement: Huddleboard project list tile now supports filtering projects by goal.

Goals Tile

  • Enhancement: Added new ‘Summary Charts’ option for goals tile in Huddleboard, providing users with more customization when creating or editing tiles.
  • UI Enhancement: Displaying a graceful failure message for blank pages without tiles, indicating ‘No tiles yet’.

Project Summary Report

  • Enhancement: Project Summary Report now provides a detailed yearly breakdown in the “Projects Completed” tile when selecting multiple years.

Work Time by Project Report & Work Time by Team Member Report

  • Enhancement: New Feature: Project Status Column added to Work Time by Project & Work Time by Team Member views.

Settings

  • NEW feature: Introducing company audit logs for create/delete/updating project benefit account.

General Updates/ Bug Fixes

  • Resolved parent metric rollup calculation for accurate data representation in correct months.
  • Clicking ‘+ New group’ in the Timeline Tab no longer prompts unnecessary activation when the status is set to Idea.
  • Resolved data disappearance issue on switching from weekly to monthly view no longer causes January month data to vanish.
  • Automatic project progress update when marking a task as done from the charter tile.
  • Resolved data removal issue when importing project benefit budgets for 2023 and 2024.
  • Deleted huddleboards are no longer visible in the “Saved” view and Huddleboards after deletion.
  • Resolved duplicate tags in Project List column after deleting and reassigning tag values.
  • Archived goals no longer shown in linked goals column, resolved duplicate file issue in project list.
  • Resolved slow performance on Custom Huddleboard.
