Product Enhancements – Release Notes April 2021

We are happy to announce some new enhancements & fixes:

Note: if you don’t see the same thing in your account, try clearing your cache/cookies or use a “new private window” to refresh the cache.

Projects:

  • getProjectsAPI includes completed date field
  • Active projects will default set the estimated actual completion date as the last task due date; if no tasks exist, take the target completion date
  • Completed projects will default set the estimated actual completion date as the current date when status is changed to complete or can be manually set
  • Add a top-level benefit to a project

Metric Bowling View:

  • Formatting symbols removed from individual cells and displayed in target/actual column for each metric
  • Based on selection in settings area will display % of Begin Green or Target with respective values
  • Formatting and total calculation resolved

Metrics:

  • Metric export and get APIs include new custom fields
  • Reason code options will dropdown when clicking inside the record cell of that column
  • NEW add custom columns to metric data table that can be used to select an additional reason code or accepts text and numeric input

Task Details:

  • Update UI for task fields that expand and collapse from “x” to a “^”

Daily Update Email:

  • Goal and Metric tiles are clickable and link from a daily update email to the Daily Update page.
  • Goal and Metric values can be input directly on the Daily Update page

Custom Dashboard:

  • NEW metric tile- Line Chart
    • Can select view type and data mode to display
  • NEW project tile- Tasks
    • Sort and manage tasks by owner and/or status within groups of a specific project

Project Status Report:

  • Messages tab and huddleboard tile only displays form specific fields, excludes populated report fields such as project details and charter fields.

APIs:

  • Swagger integrated for improved API usability and accessibility

Goal X Matrix:

  • NEW UI- hide/show the users section
